  • Valid passport.
  • 2 Forms.
  • 2 Photos.
  • Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Uganda High Commission.
  • Invitation letter to be faxed directly to the embassy in Delhi and one copy to us.
  • Company Profile of both Indian as well as Ugandan Company.
  • Bank statement of last 3 months.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket.

Tourist Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport.
  • 2 Forms.
  • 2 Photos.
  • Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Uganda High Commission..
  • Original letter from employer : Designation, Period of employment and leave date granted. In case of self employed, a letter from an agent who is authorised by the mission.
  • Bank Statement of last 3 months and ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Sponsorship Letter, Sponsor passport copy and Residence permit copy (one copy to be faxed to the embassy in delhi and one copy to be sent along with the docs) OR Hotel Booking from Hotel in Uganda only (one copy to be faxed to the embassy in delhi and one copy to be sent along with the docs).
  • Confirmed Return Ticket.
  • Foreign Exchange.

Work Visa Check-List

The Uganda High Commission - New Delhi does not issue a Work Visa. Applicants have to go on a Business Visa and then get his/ her visa extended at Uganda.
