Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets.
  • 3 Forms to be filled with blue pen only and duly signed at two places(column #37 and in last) by the passenger in his own handwriting only.
  • 3 Photos.
  • Original Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Spain.
  • Original Invitation letter from the Spanish company /companies inviting the applicant, explaining the purpose of the present visit and the nature of existing commercial relationship. The document must be issued in Spanish or English Language
  • Proof of Hotel Confirmation (mandatory).
  • Exchange.
  • Separate Insurance for each passenger must be in original, should be valid even after 15 days of arrival to India.
  • Return Ticket. E tickets are accepted) Date of travel should be after 15 working days from the date of submission of visa .
  • Bank statement of last 6 months with Bank seal.
  • ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Pan Card Copy.
  • Applicant Email ID and Mobile Number.
  • 2 Declaration forms with signature on it.
  • Salary Slips of last 6 months.
  • Company registration certificate for Business visas.
  • Photocopy of all the pages of passport with summary of visas with number of days stayed in that country.
  • Ppts issued in southern/western region to be applied in mumbai.
  • Authority letter on letter-head/blank sheet from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.
  • Sworn Declaration Form (Mandatory).

  • Attested copy of the passport and the DNI or residence card of the person living in Spain.

  • Financial solvency proof - Bank Statements with Bank seal, ITR's, copy of credit cards.
  • Pan Card Copy.
  • Confirmed one-way air ticket. Date of travel should be after 15 working days from the date of submission of visa.

  • Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of Spain, Mumbai should mentioned below sub points:
    - Invitee company name, address, contact number.
    - Applicant s name, passport no., traveling dates, date of birth.
    - Date of joining in company, Current designation in company, Current Salary.
    - Expenses clause, with company authorized person name and designation with company stamp.
    - Designation of the Authorised Signatory.
  • Hotel confirmation voucher, directly from Spain.
  • Sworn Declaration Form (Mandatory).
  • ITR's or TDS Certificate of last 3 years
  • PAN card copy.
  • Bank Statement of last 6 months updated till date, Bank Statement should be signed stamped by the bank manager on all pages, with sufficient balance of Rs 1.2 Lakhs and above.
  • Salary Slips of last 6 months.
  • Overseas Mediclaim policy (valid upto 16 days after the return). The minimum coverage will be 30.000 euros or equivalent and should cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and / or emergency hospital treatment.
  • Returned Confirmed ticket, showing departure after 14 working days.
  • Invitation Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai, preferably An ORIGINAL letter from the Spanish Company or companies receiving him explaining the nature of the existing relation and the motive of the visit.
  • Photocopy of the applicants passports, present and previous.
  • All the documents that the applicant may deem appropriate to attach in order to show the economic situation of the company, the ownership of the company and the business activity undertaken.
  • Old/Expired passports also to be submitted along with the new one. Incase old passport is not available, then photo copy of all the pages of that old passport need to be enclosed with the application. In case of old passport which is lost, a copy of FIR to be submitted along with the case.

  • PAN card copy.
  • ITR's or TDS Certificate of last 3 years
  • Bank Statement of last 3 months. Bank Statement should be on banks Letter Head with their phone numbers and address clearly visible. The statement should also be signed by the bank manager. Further the bank statement should bear the seal / stamp of the Bank.
  • Salary Certificate.

  • In case applicant is going to meet a relative or a friend in Spain then an invitation made before the Spanish Police POLICIA NACIONAL DE ESPANA and an attested copy of the passport or the national identity card of the person receiving the applicant in case he / she is Spanish or a European Union citizen, or of the residence permit of the person inviting the applicant in case he / she happens to be Indian or a citizen of another non-EU country.
