  • 1 Form.
  • 2 photos.
  • Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with Name and Designation of the Authorised Signatory and company Seal.
  • Proof of income of last 3 years personal and companys ITR's of which should be duly Notarised.
  • Personal and companys Bank Statement of last 3 months, duly attested by respective bank with original bank seal and with banks telephone number on it.
  • Salary Certificate of last 3 months.
  • Credit card copy (front and back side).
  • ORIGINAL INVITATION, bearing signature with a pen and not stamped on it, addressed to the Consulate, with seal of the Korean company, to be submitted along with the case.
  • Korean Company REGISTRATION copy along with the Registration NUMBER should be mentioned on it.(without which visa will not be issued) Korean Company registration papers (fax is ok).
  • Notarised invitation letter for the first time travellers.

  • Personal ITR's of last 2 years. In case Applicant unable to provide the same, pax to provide the reason separately on the Company Letter Head.
  • Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months. In case Applicant unable to provide the same, pax to provide the reason separately on the Company Letter Head.
  • Photocopy of Business Registration Certificate of Indian Company in case of businessmen.
