  • Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of Poland.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket showing departure after 5 working days.

Work Visa Check-List

  • 1 Photo as per Schengen standards.
  • Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of Poland from the applicant on company letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Confirmed Return or One way ticket itinerary.
  • Original Work Permit (attached to the passport ) +1 photocopy.
  • Work Experience Certificate.
  • Copies of Educational Certificates.
  • CV (Bio-data).
  • Bank Statement of last 3 months with bank seal signatures of authorized signatory on each page.
  • ITR's of last 2 years.
