The Company should be registered with Securities Exchange Commission, Philippines. A copy of the Company’s Registration certificate with SEC should be submitted with the Letter of Invitation from Philippines. The invitation should specify the duration of stay and purpose of visit.
• Proof of Business – Incorporation Certificate of the Company in India or Registration of the firm and Financial Standing of Business like Letter from Company is maintaining a current account giving the Account number. This letter holds good for the whole calendar year.
• Original Bank letter- holding current a/c for company.
• Pay slip of last 6 months.
• Company and Personal ITR's of last 3 years.
• SEAC Ceritificate.

• Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months with original bank seal with minimum 80,000 balance.
• Pax direct contact number, either landline OR mobile.
• if Children below 15 years not accompanied by the Parents then VEG is required to be attested from HOME+MEA+EMBASSY. VEG is a NOC Letter signed by both the parents on a Stamp Paper attested by Local Govt.
• If Spouse is Philippino then Spouse Name should be indicated in the Visa Applicants passport copy and report of Marriage issued by the Philippines Embassy or Philippines Govt.

• In case of a married couple travelling together Marriage Certificate is required to be attested by HOME+MEA+EMBASSY and embassy can also ask the same for any couple at random.

• Personal ITR's last 3 years.

• Birth Certificates Attested by HOME+MEA+ Philippines for children of 20 years or less.

For Tour Group Visiting Philippines:
In addition to the above mentioned requirement, the following documents in relation to the Group are also required:

• Notarised Agreement between the Indian and Philippines tour operators,covering at least (1) year period[Authenticated by MEA].
• Certificate from TAAI / TAFI / OTOAI, that the Indian Tour Operator/travel agent is a bonafide member of said association, of good standing and has been doing business for certain number of years.
• Copy of the tour package on the Letter Head of the Philippines tour operator, created for the tour group handled by the Indian tour operator/travel agency with
  - Name of passengers with passpor details.
  - Hotel name that group will be using while their stay in Philippines.
  - Detailed Itinerary of the destination chosen by the Group to visit.
  - Exact arrival and departure dates of the group.

• Forex or International Credit card (original).
• Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer Consulate General Of Philippines explaining the reason of travel with name and designation of the signatory.
• First Time Traveller Has To Produce ITR's of last 3 Years and Bank Statement of last 6 Months.
• Appointment Letter From The Company.If Passport Is Issued Out Station Than Stay Proof.
• Letter From The Company With The Additional Proof Like Leave And Licence Copy Along With The Original, Telephone Bills, Electric Bills Etc.
