Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport with at least 3 months validity from the date of travel
  • 1 Form
  • 3 Photos, as per Schengen specifications.
  • Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Latvia on Company Letter-head.
  • Exchange or Credit Card Copy.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket showing departure after 10 working days from the date of submission.
  • ORIGINAL Invitation with Company Seal and the Signatures of the Authorized Signatory.
  • Original Health Insurance with Seal and Signatures of the Authorizing Signatory of the Insurance company.
  • Proof of Hotel Confirmation with signature and the stamp of the Hotel/Tour Operator.
  • Personal Bank statement of last 3 months with Bank Seal and Signature of the Authorized Signatory.
  • Original Employment Declaration Letter with Company Seal and Signatures.
  • Personal ITR's of last 2 years.
  • Pay Slips of last 3 months with Company Seal and Signatures of Signing Authority
