  • Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Kenya High Commission.

Work Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, along with a complete set, photocopied.
  • 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed - Photocopy can be used
  • 2 passport size color photographs (recently clicked) with a light background to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
  • Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Kenya High Commission from the applicant on company s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Original work permit to be arranged by the counterpart employer in Kenya.
  • Confirmed one-way Air ticket.
Medical Requirements Yellow Fever certificate must while travelling.
