Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel.
  • 3 Forms.
  • 3 Photos.
  • Detailed Covering Letter addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy of Ivory Coast on Company Letter Head mentioning the business activity of the Company along with name, designation and the mobile number of pax with Company Seal is MANDATORY.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket.
  • Invitation from Invitee in English Language on Company Letterhead with Company Seal, name and designation of the Authorized Signatory along with the CC No. (Compte Contribuabie Number) and the Name and designation of the Invited pax.
  • Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce / Company registration.
  • Direct contact details of the Applicant is MUST.
Medical Requirements ORIGINAL Yellow Fever Certificate is MANDATORY.

Work Visa Check-List

  • 3 Visa application forms duly filled in and signed.
  • 3 photographs.
  • Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer Embassy of Ivory Coast from the applicant on company s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Work Permit Permission from the Ministry of Interiors of Ivory Coast, this is to be arranged and sent by the counterpart company in Ivory Coast.
  • Direct contact details of the Applicant is MUST.
