Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets.
  • 2 Forms (Printed back-to-back) to be filled by the passenger in his own handwriting and duly signed at two places (column #37 and in last).
  • 2 Photos as per Schengen Specifications.
  • Detailed covering letter addressed to Embassy of Italy from Indian Company mentioning duration of visit and the detail of business activities with the Italian Company.
  • Invitation from Italy (in prescribed format) to be faxed directly to the embassy and copy to us.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket showing departure date preferably after 15 working days.
  • Salary slips of last 3 months.
  • Hotel confirmation (in case of attending fair - receipt for full payment of booked stall).
  • Personal ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Personal Bank Statement of last 6 months.
  • Company ITR's of last 3 years - self attested with company seal.
  • Company Original Bank Statement of last 6 months - self attested, with company seal.
  • Authority letter on letterhead/ blank sheet from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.
Medical Requirements Health Insurance as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000. For downloading the list of Approved Insurance Companies and detailed information on Health Insurance please contact us.

  • Hotel reservation Or Proof of accommodation.
  • Letter from employer mentioning employment details and granting leave for the specified period.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket showing departure date preferably after 15 working days.
  • Other proofs of adequate financial ties/ guarantees.
  • Personal ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Personal Bank Statement of last 3 months.
  • In Case of Honeymoon couples, spouse name MUST to be endorsed on the passport. Or original marriage certificate attested from home dept. and ministry of external affairs in Delhi. Also note that before marriage (without endorsement of spouse name) we can apply with engagement photographs and wedding card.
  • Authority letter on letterhead/blank sheet from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.
  • NOC from working company with ID proof of the Signing Authority.

Work Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets.
  • Application form (Printed back-to-back) duly filled and Signed by the Applicant.
  • 2 Photos as per Schengen Specifications.
  • Passport having validity of 90 days from date of expiry of visa with 1 blank page, issued within the jurisdiction of the Embassy / Consulate.
  • Covering letter addressed to Embassy Of Italy from the Applicant detailing purpose of trip, duration of stay and outlining the Travel itinery.
  • Original and Photocopy of Autorizzazione Al Lavoro Subordinato or the Work Permit Authorization issued by the competentUfficio Provinciale Del Lavoro or the Labour Provincial Directorate - Italy whose date should not be prior to 6 months should be duly Authorized by the competent Questura or the Police Head Quarters - Italy.
  • An undertaking letter from the Employer is Mandatory assuring that the Applicant will return back to their country after the completion of their work contract.
  • Proof of Educational and Professional certificates.
  • Confirmed one way Air Ticket.
  • Authority letter on lette head/blank sheet from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.

  • Inviatation Letter From Italy With Complete Details To Be Faxed Directly To The Consulate And One Copy To Us
  • Italian Companies Registration Papers Require With The Persons Name And Designation Who Has Signed The Invitation Letter again mentioning the exact entry and exit dates.It Is Called Letter De Commo
  • Hotel Confirmation Mentioning The Exact Date And Hotel Full Address- To Be Faxed Directly To Consulate From Italy and One Copy To Us.
  • Companies Memorandum of Article Or Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Copy of ITR's of last 3 Years.
  • Copy of Pan Card of the Passenger.
  • Company Bank Statement of last 1 Year
  • Personal Bank Statement of last 1 Year
  • Salary Slips of last 3 Months.
  • Copy Of Appointment Letter.
  • Copy Of International Credit Card With Credit Card Statement Which Shows The Credit Limit Or Foreign Exchange endorsement on the passport as per the stay.
  • Original Health Insurance (min 15 days) with One Copy.
  • Service Agreement Between The Invitee And Indian Company.

  • Confirmed Return Ticket showing departure date after minimum 10 working days from the date of Submission.
  • Proof of adequate financial guarantees: (Original and Photocopy)
  • Salary slips of last 3 months.
  • Personal bank account of last 1 year.
  • ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Confirmed hotel booking or sponsorship letter from the sponsor in Italy.
  • Insurance (Min 15 days).
  • Foreign Exchange endorsement as per the stay in Italy.
