Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • 2 Forms duly filled by applicant. Spouse details also need to be mentioned in case of married applicants.
  • 2 Photos. Size 5.5X5.5 CM.
  • Covering Letter addressed to Embassy Of Israel (Mobile number of the signing authority needs to be mentioned)
  • Return Air Ticket showing Dept after 10 days.
  • Insurance.
  • Invitation to be faxed directly to the Embassy and copy to us and Embassy in Israeli language (Mobile number of the signing authority needs to be mentioned)
  • Salary slip of last 3 months along with salary account statement from bank.
  • Hotel Confirmation.
  • Authority letter on letterhead/blank sheet from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.
  • Mobile Number of pax must.
  • PCC and medical are must for Employment cases and pax have to apply personally.
  • Need 2 set of all documents with attached Business Checklist Form. NO DOCUMENT SHOULD BE PRINTED BACK-TO-BACK, ALL DOCUMENTS ON SEPARATE SHEETS.

Work Visa Check-List
  • Valid Passport with at least THREE YEARS validity from the date of travel and with at least one blank page to affix the visa. No visa will be issued on the additional pages of the passport.
  • One Photocopy of first and last page of the passport (in one page) to be submitted.
  • 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed by applicant in his/her own handwriting.
  • 2 Photos SIZE 5.5X5.5 CM
  • Covering letter addressed to Embassy Of Israel from the applicant.
  • Copy of Contract-of-Intent duly signed by Employer and Employee.
  • Police Clearance Certificatein original from the Local Police Authorities. Should not be older than One month.
  • If Married and visiting with your Spouse, then the following documents would be required: ID proof of the Spouse like Passport, Election Card or Driving License, APOSTILED by the Ministry of External Affairs, Consular Division, Patiala House. Spouse will also have to appear at Israel Visa Application Centre.
  • Copy of the document mentioned in approved list from Ministry of Interior in Israel, in case applicable.
  • NO DOCUMENT SHOULD BE PRINTED BACK-TO-BACK, ALL DOCUMENTS ON SEPARATE SHEETS.
