Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets.
  • 1 Form to be filled and duly signed at two places (column #37 and in last) by the passenger in his own handwriting only, also pax to provide his direct contact number in the passenger detail column.
  • 2 Photos as per Schengen specifications.
  • Covering letter (addressed to Embassy Of Finland) on Letterhead.
  • Photocopy of Passport front and last page copy.
  • Employment Proof - Company ID copy of the applicant.
  • Invitation.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket showing departure after minimum 13 working days.
  • If traveling for more than 15 days, then detailed agenda of travel (Tour Itinerary) is mandatory.
  • ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Authority letter on letterhead or blank paper from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.
  • Bank statement of last 6 months.

Health Insurance (lasting 15 days more than the return date shown in the ticket e.g. if pax returning on 10th from Finland the Insurance cover should be up to 25th of the same month).

  • Clarification of family ties.and certificate of residence in Finland (extract from the register of occupants or a house manager certificate )
  • Certificate of source of livelihood Finland.

  • Husband passport copy and visa / work permit copy.
  • Authority letter on letterhead or blank paper from pax authorizing TravelTheGalaxy to submit and collect the documents on your behalf.

Work Visa Check-List

  • Valid passport (+ Old PPTS) with at least three months validity from the date of travel.
  • 2 Recent passport size color photographs

  • Photocopy of the Passport’s front and last page.
  • Copy of certificate of Employment/ Appointment letter issued by the Employer in Finland.
  • Copies of Educational, Professional, Qualification and also work Experience, If any.
  • Salary slips for last 3 months of present company
  • Appointment letter.
  • Two set of docs required one in original and one in photocopy.
