Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • 1 Form (To be filled by the applicant)
  • 1 Photo
  • Detailed Covering letter addressed to Embassy Of The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia, (mentioning pax name, designation, passport number) on letterhead with company seal and name/designation/contact no of signatory.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket.
  • Invitation to be faxed directly to the Embassy along with visa application.
  • Investor License copy of Ethiopian Company.

Dependent Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • 1 Form (To be filled by the applicant)
  • 1 Photo
  • Covering letter addressed to Embassy Of The Federal Democratic Republic Of Ethiopia, (mentioning pax name, designation, passport number) on letterhead with company seal and name/designation/contact no of signatory.
  • Supporting letter from the Employees institution in Ethiopia, clearly indicating whether the dependents will be visiting temporarily or will stay with the Employee till his/her tenure.
  • Copy of residence ID of the Employee.
  • Original Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate / Affidavit of the family members applying for visa. Affidavit should indicate date and place of Marriage. One set of photocopies also should be attached. Originals will be returned back after verification.
