Business Visa Check-List
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
  • 1 Form.
  • 1 Photo (80% face coverage).
  • Covering Letter (addressed to Embassy Of The Republic Of Croatia).
  • Ticket copy along with Ticket Purchase Invoice.
  • Original Invitation in Proper format including signature and the company seal.
  • Hotel Confirmation.
  • Original Letter of Guarantee filled by guarentor - legal person from Croatia (format enclosed with form, Jamstveno pismo pravne osobe).
  • The Letter of Guarantee shall be signed by the person authorized to represent the guarantor and certified by official stamp.
  • Guarantor - legal person shall enclose to the letter of guarantee a document proving its liquidity (Bon 1, Bon 2, Certificate of the Commercial Court that no liquidation proceedings have been initiated etc.)Embassy may ask for this document.
  • Proof of Current Employment / business / School enrolment on official Letter head.
  • Personal Bank Statement (6 months).
  • Personal ITR's of last 3 years.
  • Insurance.
  • Credit card copy.
  • Original Endorsement Receipt of 1500 euro is required.
  • Travel Medical Insurance Declaration form. Please contact us for the form format.

Tourist Visa Check-List

  • Exchange (Minimum Euro 50 per day) Or Credit Card Copy with 3 months statement.
  • Covering Letter (addressed to Embassy Of The Republic Of Croatia).

  • Day to day Tour Itinerary.
  • Hotel Booking on hotel letterhead and person signing should write his name and contact number.
  • Insurance.
  • Proof of Current Employment / business / School enrolment on official Letter head

Work Visa Check-List
  • Valid Passport with validity of more than six months.
  • 1 Visa application form duly filled in and signed.
  • 2 Recent passport size color photographs with 80% face coverage to be glued on the appropriate place on the visa application form.
  • Covering letter (addressed to Embassy of The Republic Of Croatia) from the applicant on companies letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
  • Work Permit to be arranged by the counterpart Croatian company and sent.
  • Appointment or Contract Letter.
  • Original Birth Certificate.
  • Police Clearance Certificate.
  • Proof of Accommodation along with Address proof in Croatia.
  • Proof of sufficient funds to sustain the stipulated stay period.
  • Proof of Educational and Professional Certificates.
  • Details of Employer of the last working Company along with Proof of Employment.
  • Confirmed Return Ticket.
  • Travel Medical Insurance Declaration form. Please contact us for the form format.
