Business Visa Check-List	Valid passport 3 Typed Visa forms. 3 photos (Recently clicked in Matte finishing). Return ticket. Covering letter (addressed to Embassy of the Peoples Democratic Republic of Algeria). Recommendation letter from Indian Chamber of Commerce. Original Invitation in French language duly attested by Chamber of Commerce in Algeria to be couriered directly either to us from Algeria or to the PAX so that the same could be enclosed with the documents.
Medical Requirements	For Business Visas more than 30 days - It is MANDATORY to submit MEDICAL TEST REPORT. Report must be from Al-Khaleej Diagnostic Centres List of Clinics will be provided by us.

Work Visa Check-List	Valid passport with at least 6 month validity. 3 Typed Visa Application Forms. 3 photos (Recently clicked with Matte finishing) Covering letter (addressed to Embassy of the Peoples Democratic Republic of Algeria) from the applicant on company letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit. An original employment authorization delivered by the Algerian Ministry of Labor. The Embassy will not accept any authorized faxed or mailed separately. Original document of the Work Contract. Certificate issued by the employer by which the later ensures the assumption of responsibility of the repatriation of the foreign worker at the end of the employment. Confirmed Air Ticket.
